Production Time

Most orders will ship out of our office within 7-10 business days after we receive them.  At the busiest times of the year, especially during the holiday season, we may require a few extra days to produce your order.

At times, we can rush your order to you for an additional fee.  Please specify that you would like your order rushed and the date by which you would like to receive it in the Special Instructions section of the order page.  Additional charges will apply for rushing your shipment.  After we receive your rush request, we will send you an email detailing the additional charges and the timeline for completing your rush order.

Proofs

After you order a holiday card, birth or moving announcement or invitation, we will send you an electronic proof of your personalized design before we print your order.  Generally, you will receive these proofs within 5-7 business days after you place your order (unless otherwise notified).  Please review and approve your proof by replying to the email message that accompanies your proof.  If you have any changes, please type the EXACT text for the changes into the message and send the changes back to us via email.

We do not charge for revised proofs that result from errors we make while personalizing your product.  A new proof we create based on changes or corrections that you make to your order will result in a $25.0o charge.  Each additional proof we create for new changes will cost $25.00 as well.

Design Colors

We want you to be happy with your finished products and know that you will enjoy our designs.  However, at times, the products that arrive at your doorstep will look different in person than they do on your computer monitor.  In particular, the colors that you see on your computer screen may be different than the colors printed on your finished cards.  While we strive to accurately represent the colors that we use in our designs, inherent differences in the way computer monitors represent colors can occur.

Envelope Colors & Envelopes in Advance

Each of our note card sets comes with high quality white envelopes that fit the size and shape of the note card style you order.  At this time, colored envelopes are not available for standard note card orders.

Our holiday cards come with color coordinated envelopes.  We select the envelope color to match the design and feel confident you will love the color we have selected for you.  If your order arrives with chocolate brown, dark blue or dark green envelopes, we suggest you address them with a gold, silver or white pen or use mailing labels to send them out to your lucky recipients.  Please check that the pen you use to address your colored envelopes is visible and easily readable on the envelopes before you mail them.

If you have a strong preference for a particular envelope color when ordering holiday cards, announcements or invitations, please request a specific envelope color in the special instructions box.  We will make every effort to send the envelope color you have requested.  If we don't have that color on hand, we will send you an email detailing which color we have selected for you.  Rest assured, we have selected some of the most beautiful, highest quality envelopes available today.  We want the card you send to be a spectacular experience from the envelope all the way to the inside!

If you would like to have your envelopes sent to you in advance, please communicate this request to us in the special instructions box.  We charge $20 to send up to 300 envelopes out in advance of your order.  Additional mailing fees may apply for orders of more than 300 envelopes in advance.  We will send you an email confirming our shipment of your envelopes in advance.

Custom Color and Custom Typeface Requests

When we create each of our designs, we work carefully with colors and fonts to produce unique, visually-pleasing and noticeable combinations.  As a result, the typefaces and color combinations that you see for each version of a particular design are not customizable.

If you have a very specific color combination you would like to order or have a favorite typeface you would like us to use, please contact us with your special request.  We may be able to create a custom color combination or revised design with the new font for you for a fee.  During the holiday season, we are not usually able to process many custom requests, but at other times of the year, we try to work with you to make your custom design requests a reality.  Remember, any custom design request is subject to a design fee.  We will inform you about the cost of any special requests and will not print the revised designs until we receive your approval of the new design and the fee we will charge.
