Shipping Method and Cost

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.  Delivery times for shipments range between 3-5 days once the products leave our office.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has left our office.  In this email, you will receive a confirmation number that will allow you to confirm delivery of your shipment.

The standard shipping rates listed below apply to all shipments to the 48 Continental United States. Additional charges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  Shipping charges for international orders will be handled on a per order basis.

Returns, Changes & Errors

Each product we produce is personalized to your specifications, as such all sales are considered final when shipped. We do not accept returns except in case of our error. 

If after placing your order you realize that you have entered incorrect information during the personalization process, contact us as soon as possible at 888-251-1053.  Please provide us with your order number and details about the changes that need to be made to your order.  We will do our best to make these corrections.  If your order has already entered the production queue, we will reprint your order at a discounted price.

If you receive your order and discover the items are damaged, incomplete, or we have made a mistake in the personalization process, we will reprint the order at no charge.  Please contact us via email or phone to submit a claim. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt of order.  The date of receipt for the order will be verified with the delivery confirmation date provided by the USPS tracking system.
