Surf's up!

Our family surfboard notes feature a customized surfboard for each member of your "team."  Select a color and an initial for each person and a name or greeting to be printed under the line of boards, and we'll do the rest!

These cards are printed on bright white 80 lb folded card stock.  A set includes 40 folded notes, envelopes and matching return address labels.

Folded note size: 4.88" x 3.38"

The initials on each board will be printed in UPPERCASE letters.
